i think butes need to be in this tourney then it really will be the complete package.

chad won't come down to 168, imo he could make 170 but not 168. i think if bute can't get in this tourney then maybe we should be looking at pavlik or greene. fighters like miranda, lacy and bika have all faced the top guys before and come out with L's.

PPL need to get Chad "190lb+ on fight night" Dawson out of their heads as far as SMWs are concerned. He is a massive LHW and I wouldn't doubt him moving up to CW if there is some money for him in it.

I'm a few days late here, but to throw some fuel on this fire, a longtime Little Rock sports columnist wrote this on Jan 1 in his list of new year's predictions:

Jermain Taylor will fight this year, but not in March like Showtime wants. Look for it to be closer to the end of the year.

He's pretty connected locally, and it sounds like he knows something we don't... yet.
