Also Roach has categorically stated they will not fight at all if floyd is even one pound over 147......FYI - zero chance of that happening and Pac and Roach know it.

Given this is PBF who outsold Pac with 3 common opponents in ODLH, Hatton and JMM (Floyd vs JMM doing more PPV buys than Pacs 2 fights with JMM combined) he would have been well withing his rights to demand a 60/40 split. Pac got some leverage with the Cotto numbers hence was able to bring it down to 50/50......floyd agreed. 50% of 100 mil is better than 80% against any other opponent he could fight.
You have not answer my Question?

Since he did pull that stunt vs Marquez, why shouldn't they give him a warning? If it is 147, then no problem. JMM didn't have the exposure prior to Floyd, right? Did Floyd have the exposure prior to Oscar? Were Oscar and Hatton tarnished after their loses to Floyd? So, how could Manny have been doing better? They're both very much out there now, so 50/50 is pretty reasonable, I'd say. Maybe I'm technically off, but that's my opinion.

I still don't get that. Since Manny is on record with saying that, what's with the red tape? Get it done, geez

I think there's no issue... Hopefully we'll get good news from Arum tomorrow.

I agree.....i think 50/50 is reasonable.....all im saying is based on objective fact floyd does have grounds to want a bigger slice of the pie. The fact that they didn't bother negotiating is IMO testament to Floyd wanting this fight. They didn't even bother protesting the 10 mil per pound penalty Team pac want should he come in over 147.

I just can't stand people asserting Floyd is not a drawcard in this sport when the evidence clearly indicates otherwise.

Arum needs to sit down with Manny and tell him how it is. He needs to accomodate what is being asked for in some form or this fight will not go ahead and in all likelyhood his image will be tarnished.

Manny needs someone to tell him the truth. Not suck his ****.

I will lose respect for Manny if he give in to Floyds demand. Manny should be calling the shots. he is the king of boxing.

Or, it can be like tearing down the proverbial wall they supposedly set between themselves and Manny If he's ok with random testing up to two days prior to the fight(and likely right after), then there isn't a good reason the fight shouldn't happen, if both sides really want it to happen. With so much money, I don't see why they wouldn't.

The *****s wouldn't accept that because they want pac to be not mentally prepared for the fight night, as pac said he feels like weaken after the blood test and needs a several days to recover mentally.
