if floyd is marketed the right way he can do 1 million buys against anyone. look at the marquez fight. had no reason to take place yet 1 million goobers bought it. if you market it as "the king is back" droves of idiots will flock.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this fight happens. You have the all in the family brother avenging brother storyline. The promotion and fight would also ultimately turn into a full advertisement for his bout against Pacquiao. He could build controversy talking about steroids and Bob Arum. Matt can also claim he's no lightweight and Mayweather won't have an American ref or post to aid him. IMO if they decide to do this it is fine. Two opponents that offer no chance in hell of spoiling the megabout. Which they STILL intend to make!
