The silence to TS challenge can be due to the lack of such threads or the lack of motivation for some to find such posts. Either way, very interesting for their implications. Pretty obvious if there are no such threads but in the other possibility, could it be because few people really get motivated by having to prove their "innocence" against accusations?
im a big fan of both fighters and i cant help wondering why Pac is so against the tests.
surely if he has done so well and is now being accused of taking PEDs then he would jump at the opportunity to clear his name.
If Pac really wants the fight then he should agree to the tests and put the whole issue to bed.
I wonder Tortilla how would you react if the shoe was on the other foot and it was PBF who was asked to take these tests.
A lot of people on this site claim to be boxing fans but seem to love certain fighters more than the sport.
Personally i would love to see this fight happen and i think both fighters should do everything they can to make sure it does.
Thats my 2 pennys worth
I don't think it would be right for any one person to be singled out.
If its standard across the board, I have no problem with it.
But when its used as a tactic for someone who has a history of ducking the best fighters in his own weightclass,
I'll call it the bull**** that it is. As I've said countless times already, if these people were so concerned with the testing standards, and for being "fair",
why didn't Floyd try to make weight against Marquez?
why hasn't Floyd ever made a motion to raise the bar for testing even though numerous boxers have been caught using the exact same procedures in the last 10 years?
Because being fair and making the sport cleaner are not the intentions of team Floyd. If they truly are, they are putting Floyds entire career in Nevada under scrutiny as well. If he really wants to make the claim that something isn't right in the NSAC, hes undermining his own achievements in that state as well seeing as hes fought a large portion of his biggest fights there.
I'm curious as to where this sudden demand for stricter testing came from.
So, I ask these questions,
Why not after any of Shane Mosleys fights after DLH? 2003
Why not James Toneys fights after Ruiz? 2005
Why not Fernando Vargas fights after DLH? 2002
Why not Roy Jones fights after Hall? 2000
If you're so adamant about stricter testing standards,
why wait so long and overlook the other guys who actually got caught?
I don't know about you but I can speak for myself and several others when saying it's been a hot topic for a few years now. The drums began beating a while ago.

Thats funny,
some have said the same thing,
but don't want to show the posts.
All I'm asking for is the threads so that I can read through them myself.
The simple answer is, because the whole drugs dilmemna puts pressure on Pacquaio, and because people want the fight the easy thing for the public to say is, just make it stricter, clamp down, do it.
Regardless of whether they called as strongly for such things when people were actually caught before.
