It's really no big deal to test clean with the lenient procedures today, so having had negative tests for a number of years doesn't mena you're clean. That goes for pac as well as all other top fighters.

I think if you go by the word suspected than i would say any fighter well past his 40's and is still very competitive with the exception of Foreman; as his physique and freakish power did make him an exception the rule.
