Boxing is not a clean sport, and I've been hoping they'd do something like this a long time ago. And do you really seriously care about the Nevada athletic commission?

How clean do you want it? how clean can it get?....Olympics have the same system and yet there are still athletes getting caught will illegal substance after the fact.what can it do to boxing right now?.All we hear is complain but not one shred of solution.

Exactly. You would think people would do some research before posting stuff that can be argued away.

I agree it is a slap in the Nevada State athletic governing body. And they should be the one's suing Mayweathers,Schaeffer,GBP.
Here's why research before posting is very important sometimes...

If GBP and company is "insulting" the NSAC, then why did Arum suggest they try using the testing agencies that the NFL, MLB, and NBA use for their athletes?

It was reported here on BS. You can look it up.

Isn't that insulting to the NSAC too or not just because you're a fan of Pacquiao?

But keep feigning how you're doing it for the love of the sport. You guys surely are some white knights.
Yes, I've watched all of Manny's fights in the last four or five years because I hate him. Good call.

I actually watched most of Mayweather's fights hoping someone would KO him and shut his mouth. I do think he's the best boxer around though, but I really don't like him and want to see him lose.

Sorry, but this is something that I've wanted for a long time. I'm tired of seeing guys fail drug tests post fight and having results changed to NC. Toney never should have been in the ring with Ruiz, for instance. The state just wants to make sure they collect their money before the test fails.

Well, it's a constant battle for these agencies to develop tests to catch new drugs, or uncover new masking agents etc. I want it as clean as it can get, which means using the latest tests and procedures to catch as much as they can. Stuff will still get through. That will always be the case, because cheating has been around as long as sport. Right now the world anti-doping agency is the so called gold standard for testing, so that is what boxing and all other sports should be following.

The reason I am saying they should sue the three is this,
They never tested Manny Pacquiao with any trace of illegal substance since he started fighting in Nevada which is about how many fights? 5 or six fight and yet the triumvivate suddenly came up with the steroids allegations.

            This can mean that
            A) their systems of testing is fallible and unreliable
            B) their system can be corrupt and could be corrupted.or had been corrupted.

Menace, I can believe you're honest that you've felt this way a long time, but you have to admit, most the people on this forum are just jumping on the bandwagon.

Blood doping is simply just that and is of separate system altogether.

I'm sure they are. But put everything aside and think about the testing they want done. Is it the right thing to do? I can't think of any reason why anyone should ever say "no." Boxing fans, and sports fans in general, should be outraged that better testing procedures are being refused.

What the hell are you talking about? The world anti-doping agency is THE body that comes up with the list of banned substances for professional sport every year, as well as listing all of the performance enhancing practices that athletes are not allowed to participate in.

                    This is WADA

The USADA implements the anti-doping code created by WADA

This is the best testing program in the world right now for professional athlete's and it improves every year.
