Because they probably did sign the contract, the contract with their demands and stipulations. That's why he said "There is nothing that I can do about the other guy. I don’t know if they officially signed, but we have." Why would they send over a contract unsigned? So Floyd's camp got it, and added the drug testing to the contract and we're here today.

I'm not saying they just changed it and said "here's the contract, you signed it!!! Now you have to do this!". I'm saying at some point there was probably a contract sent to Team May, signed by Arum and Pac, that omitted any Random Drug testing.
