why would the promoter cross it out? How did he know Manny wouldn't agree to RANDOM Blood Testing?
well ****.....he didnt even know Manny wasn't afraid of needles....& he didnt know Manny got blood taken from him 2 weeks prior to the Hatton fight......

The promoter crosses it out if he felt it was unnecessary. When you go over thousands of contracts and see something that has NEVER been there before, more than likely to not keep it in there.Bob Arum: said he crossed it out before he sent it to Pac.....

Again I'm not a lawyer but I don't think you can change a contract after 1 part has signed it cause then essentially they could have agreed to anything. Also I don't think 1 side can change or cross something out of a contract without letting the other party who had included it know first. but then again i'm not a lawyer i'm just using common sense, someone please correct me if i'm wrong.Comment

You can change it, but you need to show the things you'e changed and return. A counter offer. You can't change it enforce your changes.
