Is it not possible that PAC's camp sent a revised contract with that not in it?

Team Pak-Yow needs to get their act together and have 1 PR person. Arum, Roach, Pak-Yow, and Ariza have given out so many contradicting stories it's unbelievable. Yet the ****** *******s still defend it. Sickening.

The promoter crosses it out if he felt it was unnecessary. When you go over thousands of contracts and see something that has NEVER been there before, more than likely to not keep it in there.

Again I'm not a lawyer but I don't think you can change a contract after 1 part has signed it cause then essentially they could have agreed to anything. Also I don't think 1 side can change or cross something out of a contract without letting the other party who had included it know first. but then again i'm not a lawyer i'm just using common sense, someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

You can change it, but you need to show the things you'e changed and return. A counter offer. You can't change it enforce your changes. You can change, sign, and return for review from the other party.
