Here is someone who I know mores more than you know

    MaxBoxing (Dec 25, 2009)

Accoring to Victor Conte,"Traditional testing in boxing, it's basically worthless other than the detection of some types of stimulant, before and after a fight."

"In my opinion, blood testing for the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is more important for detecting possible blood doping or use of EPO than it is for human growth hormone."

"Creams, transdurmals, clear the fastest. Orals, would be next. Water-based drugs- including testosterone- would be next, then the oil-based. So some of these can clear in a matter of hours and days," explained Conte."So if you know when you're going to be tested a week out, you go off the use of oral testosterone, for example, you're going to test negative. So that is really an issue."

That was Conte's opinion. Dr. Catlin who is the godfather of anti blood doping testing have different opinion. Do your homework.

in fact indulge yourself in the entirety of that article above xeraser.

Blood contains way more substance in a persons dna than does any urine sample. it just makes sense

I love this statement, how might i get in touch with Mosely? Do you have his number, and would he be offended by someone he's never met grilling him about his former steroid use?

Either way, I want to see the Manny Floyd fight, although i have entertained the thoughts that perhaps manny was blood doping. Although blood doping wouldn't give him the increase in size, but its possible thats just his walking around weight, enhanced with stimulants during training

Thats true but detecting steroids, urine test does the work. There's a published research study about that.

Testing urine is better than testing blood for most prohibited substances (small molecules, molecular
weight less than ~800 atomic mass units). Urine collection is noninvasive and yields a large volume of
sample, with higher drug concentrations than in blood and with far fewer cells and proteins to complicate
            extraction.

Let me put it this way, Dr. Catlin knows more about anti-blood doping and testing more than anyone in this world.

Blood doping are used by athletes right before the competition. If PAC agreed to a blood test right after the fight than it would detect that. Flow cytometry test will do the trick.

LOL at the demand for not having olympic style drug testing. This should standard for every sport

Of course both work , But there are far easier ways to mask the substances in your urine compared to a blood sample.

Urine samples are the cause for fighters like Shane Mosley and Vargas geting away with steroid abuse for fights.

Cottos statement made too much sense, this is a grand oppourtunity to prove that he isnt on PEDs or Steroids and that he is the worlds true P4P fighter
Pacquaio had a lot of trouble to make weight. He lost to morales for being weight drained. He then suffered at 130 against a JMM rematch. He is not actually mroe shreaded at 145 than at the lower weights.

                      Think 130 vs valsquez

                      Against Diaz at 135

Against Hatton at 140lbs (Think he was 138)

                      144 lbs against Cotto:

To me he has gotten bigger. Not in how toned he is, but a lot bulkier. His face has more water weight and I can see less of his bones and more chin
