Pacquiao will forever be considered a cheater and coward if he doesn't sign and take the damn tests. He's looking like a big time drug steroid cheat and coward right now, even inside of boxing most of the big boxing stars from Cotto to Paulie to Mosley to Cintron to Berto are all doubting him and think he might be on the juice so he needs to take those tests or his legacy will fall and he will never be considered amongst the greatest.

I know, yahoo.com had him on the front page already refusing the tests and such so 90% of the rest of the world already sees Pac as a foreigner and a cheater just like dolph lundgren i.e. ivan drago from Rocky. Manny needs to sign and take the tests otherwise the world will forever view him as a cheating fraudComment
