NSAC controlls boxing regulations in vegas, they are in charge of the blood testing.

Dont believe what GBP tell you they are liars.
Blood testing should be the standard not just for this fight but all fights! ****, I passed my fair share of piss tests don't tell me these superstars of the sport can't...Question,

Do you agree with the 30 day cut off?

You don't think the tests should be Random?

Don't matter how you look at, Pac's not coming off as someone completely innocent.

Its the American way guilty until proven innocent.. unfortunately not everyone has such a easy way out as a few random drug test to prove there innocence.

Welter 141-147. Catch weights are allowed by boxing commissions not mayweather type drug test.

Your making it sound like something completely outrageous to start in such a physical sport. If it started in any other fight it wouldn't be a problem but since Floyd asked for it everyone wants to cry about it.

Again what's wrong with making sure it's a clean sport?

and rehydration penalties and excessive penalties for coming in over weight. all those are in the bylaws of nsac too, right?

NSAC Drug testing procedure is enough. We just have to follow the standard rules, simple as that.

funny how ur logic was absent during the cotto negotiations the demands for the fight excluding the drug tests.

Refydration penalties are a myth. 147 is the welter limit, if any boxer weigh more than that then theres no fight unless you pay your opponent at a price he agrees.
