He'll be submitting to the recent NSAC's demand that both fighters be immediately tested to show the courts that he's clean, and to strengthen his case to prove that the Mayweathers have been wrong all along.

...MP aka do the darn RANDOM blood test or you are hidding something should just shut up and do the damn test. he is already losing the psychological warfare. by the time his character is thouroughly damaged in court (including evidence of his known infidelity) to show why he is capable of cheating, he will be begging to settle out of court. I'm not so sure the infidelity issue is relevant to the courts so they'll likely object and request a motion to dismiss due to it being irrelevant and having no bearing in the suit.

It's funny that a boxer wants to fight another boxer in court as opposed to in the ring. I honestly think he should just take the test because that clears it up then he can attempt to beat Mayweather in the ring as punishment. That would make Floyd and his team look much worse than losing a court battle.

That would the logical and sensible route for him to take.

It going to be hard as hell to prove that Floyd was trying to be malicious, especially since their financial futures are linked and it would be against Floyd's financial well being to maliciously destroy Manny's character and reputation. When he pulled out the Phillipines has the best steroids comment, he really showed that he has absolutely no legal ground to stand on because that is a comment directed towards a nation, not Manny.

We know Manny has had numerous affairs so it going to be hard to prove Floyd damaged his reputation. Manny is acting like a guilty person. His legacy is all ready tarnished, how he handles himself from here on out will determine how dirty his legacy will be.

The infidelity drama is more likely a ploy by his PR team with the full blessings of his wife. Controversy sells more than mundane news reports of the day.

If he turns up positive in tests it's more likely to affect him the public eye.

Add that to infidelity allegations, and it makes it a whole lot worse than it is.
