I'll have to search your house, your car, you have to strip clothes and i'll have to check your anus!

everyone can do anything if that happens

that's why its under the law
Why are you trying to get this into some civil rights discussion. It is not like Mannys rights as a human being is being breached.

He is asked to take a ****ing bloodtest for doping. He is a professional athlete, that is part of the job.

now manny refused to Random Testing which isn't required before the fight in the boxing world even in the olympics

but he did agree to take the test right after the fight
and an unlimited random urine test

          isn't that more than enough?

Lets go back to your wonderfull example of the girlfriend cheating.

Lets say a friend of yours say he saw her cheating on you. She had sex with a guy at a party (which you know she was at). Aparently this dude scratched her on her right thigh for some reason, and your friend tells you that.

When you get back home and question her about it and demands to see her thigh, she refuses.

Would you say its likely she is up to no good? Or are she just sticking up for her civil rights?

And he is not getting punished nor is he getting proven guilty.

He is suspected by millions of fans and it should be up to HIM to prove he is not guilty in this case.

If he chose not to? Will he get punished? No. But the cloud of doubt will remain.

It isnt enough because it is a faulty testing procedure. All this according to leading experts, CEO of USADA and CEO of BALCO.

at first the right thing i would do is not ask her to show me her thigh,
i will ask her to be honest with me and tell me if she is cheating on me, but then again how would i know if she's lying? I can't demand her to show me her thigh because that would be respectfully wrong and we aren't married yet so i can't do that. The best thing i'd do if i can't fill my doubts is i'd just dump her. **** it there's a lot of fish in the sea
