i think it would be a mess. (unless they all work the details all out beforehand of course)

Who's to say the NSAC tests are adequate enough. If he fails the independent tests they can either test him through the NSAC with better methods or retest through the independent organization.

I had the original as well. I still recall the passkey to fight tyson right now. The WBO might strip Pac do to the amount of time his license would be suspended and make Floyd the number one contender. Floyds next fight would be for the belt as long as it at 147. Floyd would still have a loss.
