Hypothetical question if Pacquiao ends up doing the USADA tests. Not saying he will or he should or what the outcome of the tests or fight would be.

What happens if Pacquiao wins the fight , Pacquiao passes the NSAC mandated tests but fails the USADA tests?

Will the NSAC overturn the win into a no-contest? Does Pacquiao get stripped of his title by the WBO?

This could be a mess if they don't work out all the details with the commissions and sanctioning bodies.

If he passes the commission's tests and passes but fails the USADA tests which has no authority in the sport , how can they overturn the decision or take away Pacquiao's title?

the thing is though pacquiao passed the nsac tests.

how can the nsac overturn a fight on the basis of an independent organization's test results?

i think it would be a mess. (unless they all work the details all out beforehand of course)
