i think arum has enough money and power to influnence the NSAC into not asking for any more testing this is the reason he told golden boy to present a case to NSAC, but more than this is the fact that if they did grant this type of testing it would be admitting that their current testing methods are flawed so they will not do it ....

goldenboy has allready said that the USADA does not have to perform the test ... goldenboy and top rank could agree on an agency they would both be cormftable with as long as test were random... top rank refused..

The randomness isn't a problem. the problem is that pac is superstitious and believes if he gives blood a few days before the fight he will be weak. criticize it all you want, but it will effect pac mentally and psychologically.

for example, there's no evidence that abstaining from sex before a fight makes a boxer better, but many boxers beleive this is true and avoid sex before a fight.

also, pac is indignant about his reputation and character being swiftboated by team mayweather with slanderous and libelous lies. pac wants them to know he won't be pushed around or intimidated by them.
