In Arums final offer, I didnt see anything about 30 days. He clearly stated they'd comply with whatever the NSAC ruled. Keith Kizer has said that the NSAC can made ammendments to the rules if they receive a petition from Team Mayweather. It would be voted on by the Comission. So i still dont get why Team Mayweather refuse to present their case?

wrong !!!!!! arum suggeted a different agency conduct the testing.. goldenboy agreed but the test would still have to be random.... top rank said no, no random testing 30 days prior to the fight regardless of who does the testing...arum did suggest that goldenboy present a case to the NSAC on why additional testing (random blood testing) are needed....this is a joke since arum has the NSAC in his back pocket the NSAC also thinks there is no problem with their current testing which are just urine and don't detect new and complex steroids so even if goldenboy presented a case it would be rejected

What do you base this on?

If Mayweathers Team have a strong enough case to present, then surely it would be granted? Perhaps they refuse to present their case because......they dont have one.

Okay but when you say Top Rank does that mean Pacquiao? Basically I want to know what Pac himself has said. Did Arum refuse to back off the 30 day thing because Pac said so? I thought Pac and Roach said somewhere that they were okay with a couple of days? Im confused....
