Even if Manny agrees to the 14 day testing before the fight, it doesn't changed the random testing issue. IMO, clearly 14 days before the fight didn't affect him, so even if they stick with the random testing prior to that, Manny should just man up and take that deal. He really doesn't have anymore excuses, even though i agreed and supported him from not letting Mayweather's camp dictate the rules and make false accusations.

Pacquiao agreed to unlimited urine testing and at least three blood tests, one in early January around the time of the kickoff news conference, one 30 days before the fight and another in the dressing room after the fight.

Yes, I was wrong, Manny did offer that proposal, but it wasn't an ultimatum nor was it the final offer. My original argument was that Roach and Manny, even though Manny didn't say it himself, offered a 5 day cutoff. The final offer from Arum was to present their arguments to the Nevada commision and let them decide what would be the requirement.

BTW..They took a TUBE of blood from Pac 14 days before the Hatton fight..Where he went on to knock Hatton out in the 2nd Round..So Manny saying he needs 30 days for a tea spoon when you had a tube drawn for Hatton 14 days before the fight and thinking it will weaken him when he knocked Hatton out is BULL****. The drug tests only require a teaspoon.
