When one 'wanna be' trainer and one 'non-championship caliber fighter' claim that someone is taking drugs, why does 50% of the people listen and debate it? Pacman shouldn't have to prove his innocence, someone has to prove him guilty first. America = Innocent Until Proven Guilty! Does that not apply to the worthless human beings (I say that loosely) known as the Mayweathers? They are not God's gift, if anything, they are God's mistake....

This is really easy that the Mayweather camp cannot simply understand:
•*The Pacquiao Camp does not conform to the Mayweather procedure that he is demanding a blood test (even if it is for both sides). It is because the Nevada Sports Athletic Commission is the last word that governs everything about the fight.
Pacquiao have come clean with the NSAC ever since he's been fighting in Nevada and for the Mayweather Camp to demand something like this is not only groundless but ridiculous.
First of all, "accusing" someone of drug use isn't a ground for the NSAC to test their opponents. And to draw conclusions based on this "accusations" is really downright ridiculous.
It is like accusing a president without the evidence and grounds for a trial impeachment and yet he is already "guilty" by the accuser and by the people. Mind you all who is supporting Mayweather's demands that Pacquiao declining the blood test (which he didn't but only to the issue of timing in terms of not having it within the same day or very close to the fight night) doesn't equate that he is guilty.
I am speculating (educational guess) that Pacquiao simply don't want to answer to the whims of Pacquiao because:
• the fight date is too soon
• the Mayweather camp are too arrogant to accuse him of illegal supplements
• that he has come clean all the time from previous fights
or
• all of the above
I think that this might have been a strategy to "coerce" Pacquiao into the fight date while demanding the blood test randomly without the NSAC's intervention.
Bob Arum, Freddie Roach and Pacquiao agreed that if the NSAC decided to implement such blood testing, that they will abide by it.
I see a fight by September. More time to promote, and more time to prepare after the Philippine elections.
My humble opinions.
