Malignaggi is not the better option for Pac because there are better opponent that considered better draw to partner Pac in a match than Malignaggi but then Pac does not concern much of the cash stake in fighting him! Paulie can fight guys if he fights pacquiao, i can see him take a few rounds of pac..but this fight to me kinda seems to be a bit of sparring session for manny because paulie fights similar to floyd so maybe this is a smart move for pacquaio

Malignaggi has a bit of speed but has pretty bad accuracy and just straight up isn't on Pacquiaos level. At 140 Pacquiao is way to fast for even Malignaggi.
