Both sides have to admit that both fighters are at fault for the fight not happening instead of accusing the other for ducking, both needed to be more flexible in the terms, let's start off with Mayweather:
The Pro's:
-He was more flexible in the terms (the weight, gloves, 50-50 split, date, etc.)
- Has kept trash talking to a minimum.
The Con's:
- Was too strict in the blood testing clause, he should have backed off a bit there are ways to do the testing without too many tests.
Now let's pass off to Pacquiao:
The Pro's:
- After the terms were said and done didn't make any crazy demands.
- Did try to negotiate about the blood testing being kept to a minimum.
The Con's:
- After Mayweather having been so flexible in the other terms, he should have been more flexible on the blood testing clause, he shouldn't have made so many excuses because he seems to have a hidden agenda, and makes him su****ious, he should have had an attitude to take the tests to prove his innocence.
-Don't know if this has anything to do with the fight negotiations but the lawsuit is rediculous, because if he really wants to prove they are not defaming him, he is going to have to take the tests, but that is just my opinion.
Feel free to agree or disagree, but this is just my opinion, nobody ducked anyone, they both were at fault, I also believe that if this fight takes place, Mayweather's already won the psychological part of the fight with angering Pacquiao with the blood test.
