The problem with you and many others is that you're implying that Manny is not clean or have already convicted Manny for being guilty, all because of one person spreading rumors and lies that has no merit or credibility. It's the same as calling Floyd gay, does that mean he's really gay.
If the guy has nothing to hide he should just take the tests. its 30 seconds of a needle in his body.

Its just the excuses pacquiao has made up are getting too ridiculous to not believe he has something to hide.

If Pacquiao is the warrior he really is he would do it. And if he isnt on anything he would mash through Floyd Mayweather

actually, there is more evidence of Floyd being gay than Manny being on PED's

Just like you since Floyd Sr said pac is on roids & FLoyd Jr. as for random blood testing, you *****s are whining & accusing an innocent person.

Is it that hard to understand that neither Floyd NOR Arum can make or change the rules for testing procedure and protocols?

That's up to the testing agencies and no one else.

Floyd agreed to everything and didn't ask for cutoff dates.

Manny wants a cutoff date that neither the NSCA or the USADA can guarantee.

floyd already turned down millions of dollars just to duck cotto, margarito, mosley, and now pac.

Floyd: Can Anything make me fight pacquiao? Absolutely not! Easy out, easy duck.

I mean maybe its me..but doesnt that defeat the point of random testing.

                    Question:

Why Team Mayweather didn't ask this before with Floyds previous fights?

                    Why only now with Pac?

You shouldn't bring love... you should bring some sense...

At which time frame did he duck Cotto, Margarito, Mosley? It would be nice if you bring some facts into the argument instead of ''they were once in his division''
