Okay, but why should Floyd's camp decide what are the rules and requirements about drug testing. The Nevada commision is the governing body, not Floyd Mayweather or any other boxers or promoters. What Arum is asking or proposing is fair and more reasonable. Pac is clean until proven that he is not. here is the thing, even if the NSAC orders blood tests. There will still be no fight unless they are "random" blood tests. mayweather will not agree to anything other than random tests.
