So noboby gave blood 29 days before their competition in the olympics. If that is the case, what was the big deal in agreeing to the tests if he knew pac wasn't going to be tested anyway? Every time Bob opens his mouth it makes pac look worse and worse.

I see what you are saying about not wanting the tests but obviously the USADA doesn't do the blood testing close to a fight so why no agree to it? I thought the main problem was getting tested the day of, or one day before the fight. Now the original proposal from floyd to use the USADA looks like neither of those would have happened. I don't see the problem.

You're not seeing the whole picture or you're misreading the message. Why would Pacquiao threaten to sue Floyd Sr. if what you're saying is true? Sr. isn't part of GBP, yet he is one of the people being threatened with a lawsuit.

pac having that 30 day cutoff is what bothers me. when mayweather and GBP backed off of USADA doing the tests, just as long as they got done randomly, that told me they were willing to bend. but the 30 day window, i dont know. i really dont know what to say or think about that.

Hes allowing random urine tests any time before the fight.
