That was something decided by the contract, not the comission, but apparently a drug test cannot be...

The difference being that Floyd set a precedent when he did not honor his previous contract and came over the agreed weight limit. Pac, however, has never tested positive for steroids so there's no precedent and, really, no reason for Floyd's demand.

If Mayweather isn't afraid of Pacquiao the contract would have been signed by now. So when did any fighter not accept NSAC's findings before? It used to be fighters just fight unless the commission rules otherwise. Again, Pacquiao has agreed above and beyond the NSAC testing procedures by agreeing on a blood test before and after the fight which isn't part of the rules. That only shows he's not hiding anything.

Please, MM is not afraid of Pac, but he wants to ensure his opponenet is above board and he WILL GO THROUGH THE SAME TESTING - its not a one-sided deal. The general public dont know sh-t about whether its required or not, all they know is that Fighter A asked for drug testing and Fighter B declined. You think they give a **** azz about what the Nevada commission requires?
