If Mayweather isn't afraid of Pacquiao the contract would have been signed by now. So when did any fighter not accept NSAC's findings before? It used to be fighters just fight unless the commission rules otherwise. Again, Pacquiao has agreed above and beyond the NSAC testing procedures by agreeing on a blood test before and after the fight which isn't part of the rules. That only shows he's not hiding anything.

Now it's very clear, Money is afraid of the Pacman. Tsk tsk!

Because Manny is refusing a simple test that might catch a drug cheat , in todays sporting climate Manny will pay more than a few drops of blood for this kick in the ass for drugs free sport ,,,, bad move by Manny , it could destroy him as a public figure the fallout over the next few mths will be against Pac you wait and see ,,, the world wont tolerate a possible drug cheat even if his teenage fans do ,,,, bad bad bad move on Mannys part .

that said......though the amount is ridiculous the request itself was not.

weight penalties are a common thing. both floyd and manny's last fight had them.

The general public dont know sh-t about whether its required or not, all they know is that Fighter A asked for drug testing and Fighter B declined. You think they give a **** azz about what the Nevada commission requires?
