Why dont they do Hair testing???

I was always under the impression that taking hair samples was considered more unethical than urine or blood.

If jobs did drug testing by hair, so many people would fail drug tests

the major casinos here in Vegas ALL do hair tests for initial hire of employees.

Not only that, from my understanding(I could be wrong), it can trace every substance a person has taken, but how would doing the hair test prove that the substance wasn't taken a long time ago ?

For example, if someone smoked weed 5 years ago and never smoked again since, it would still show up on the hair test !!

Hair tests can only test as far back as maybe 90 days...
