According to you guys, no one since you have to test positive, right? But actually, a real test would determine if Floyd was using illegal substances except (guess what?), someone doesn't want to take one. And it ain't Floyd.

What does that mean? Both Floyd and DLH using a substance banned also in Nevada?
What does that tell you about the NSAC whom Arum and Team Pacquiao insist on performing drug tests?

Let's not even talk about neither Oscar or Floyd getting penalized or reprimanded for using "banned" or "illegal" substances because they never were. Correct?

Has the Nevada State Athletic Commission punished them for using "illegal" drugs?

          If not, why not?

If that's the case, why do Arum and Pacquiao want -- no -- insist that the Nevada State Athletic Commission perform drug testing INSTEAD of the USADA?

            Answer this:

If Floyd is supposedly using illegal drugs to fight AND the NSAC is allowing him to do so -- Why do Arum AND Team Pacquiao INSIST on having the NSAC perform or conduct drug testing in the state of Nevada?

I'm expecting an intelligent, well thought out response.
I'll answer your question, even as you're going off-topic. You should create a new thread or post your question in a thread related to USADA/State Athletic Commission tests.

This thread is to discuss whether Floyd Mayweather is using an illegal drug to enhance his performance inside the ring.

Answering your question, the fight is being held in Nevada and the state athletic commissions are the agencies mandated to test for doping in pro boxing and other sports.

Thank you for dodging the statement.

Hatton wanted a ban on Mayweather's lidocaine use on his hands, as I;ve mentioned. Was the ban implemented?

Oscar claimed that he had a hand injury and needed a lidocaine shot. BHop, his opponent, never pursued the case as he KTFOd Oscar during the bout. BHop would also join GBP a few weeks later.

                    Wow. Can of worms.
