I'm a little confused on the specifics on the procedures, will both parties be visited by USDA officials randomly or will they have to visit a clinic when requested in the States.
I didn't see the stipulations on where the testing has to be done. Since Pac trains in the Philippines, were they going to fly someone there and test him randomly?
