How is he willing? All he has to do is go through the same blood tests as he does before every other fight and the fight is on. Why doesn't he just say I can beat this guy and prove it in the ring? Why the extra stipulations?

Is there a way that when the NSAC hears what both sides have to say. Would change the testing guidelines not only for this fight but for good?

          Way to go Bob

Way to go Bob. Stick to your guns. Dont let the Floyds push you or Manny around. Who in the world do they think they are? Do they think they are bigger than the Commission? What a bunch of Bozoos. Thanks Bob.

That is a good idea. Doubt they'll let him near any judging panel, though.

From the start they should of went at the commission. Have them make it a mandatory. And, we would not be in this mess.
There was a recent article that quoted an official of the NSAC saying that implementing blood testing protocols in addition to urine testing would be difficult to pull off in time because the NSAC has never performed blood testing, only urine testing.

There may not be sufficient time from now until March to install the proper
blood testing channels, was my understanding. It will likely require additional funding and resources to pull it off.

That's because it was never written into the contracts like it was for this fight.

For being a god fearing person, being superstitious about anything doesn't sound right.

              I'm just saying.

If they use a strict testing program, fights will go to another state with lax testing. **** Bob Arum and all these idiots. The reason why McCain was probably refused as a mediator in this dispute is because John McCain is about fighter safety and would have pushed for more testing.

If Pac is superstitious or scared of needles, he needs to get over it. He's going to have $20 million minimum to make him get over it. If he's clean, he should do the testing. If his handlers are telling him not to do it, even though he's clean, he's taking the worst advice in the world.
Exactly, Team Mayweather chose the USADA because they are a neutral testing body. NSAC tests in Nevada only.

Will Bob let them do it randomly or will he give dates? This is a joke....
That is the question. He's not being very specific about it.

That has already been confirmed by the former NSAC ringside physician

She is on record stating that Olympic-style testing is the best.

That is interesting to note. Not very many think about how that will affect
              future legislation on the issue.

Ok, the blood test was written into the contract. This was tantamount to stepping out of the NSC rules and regulation, right?

That is the "NOT FAIR" issue for Pacman team.

It was demanded of him, all he needed to do was say yes to it and this fight was made. This is a mess of his own making by making this such a big deal and his team saying all sorts of different **** making him look bad.

To me any fighter has a right to kow that who he is fighting is clean, Floyd wanted to know for sure, any reason he wants it is fine in this day and age no athlete is above this kind of thing.

If Floyd wants better testing why is it such a big deal to kill the fight over it. You can make excuses for Manny if you want saying this or that but the fact remains the fight is dying because his actions when really there should be no reason to make a big deal of this if there is nothing to hide.

Floyd Sr had been accusing Pac for how long now? Before the Cotto fight. If team Mayweather felt so strongly about this. They should went to the commission and plead there case right after the Marquez. They could of had enough time for the commission to implement blood testing protocols.
