Why is Arum so obsessed with the Nevada commission??? they owe something to Arum for sure or maybe Arum has very good friends there.i guess they are going to do things in favor of Arum and Pac.That's why they don't want the USADA.

Not to mention that as an attorney, Arum knows full well that the NSAC cannot change the testing guidelines for one fight only because that opens up "equal protection" issues under the constitution because the NSAC is in fact a government agency.

- There was a recent article that quoted an official of the NSAC saying that implementing blood testing protocols in addition to urine testing would be difficult to pull off in time because the NSAC has never performed blood testing, only urine testing.

- Exactly, Team Mayweather chose the USADA because they are a neutral testing body. NSAC tests in Nevada only.

- not as judge,...but as resource person with expertise on drugs.

- nsac said they can tap a third party to cinduct the blood sampling and test.

That would have made no sense if they were not certain the fight with Manny was going to take place and Arum agreed to start the negotuations for it.

The reason we now know about the Olympic-style testing is because it was written into the contract and Team Pacquiao said Ok we can work with that.

it was in the proposed contract allryt.....urine and blood.
but floyd suddenly put "random testing" when manny unexpectedly agreed to his terms.
and floyd even went further with his demand of "before the fyt blood sampling".
hence arum went ballistics...
that's it... and so floyd is perceived to be the one blocking the consummation of the contract/deal.
