Why should they have to go to the commision when it can jsut be put in the contract, going to the commision involves changing rules and that **** can take a long time to argue then it would take time to take effect. Besides it is expensive to implement this accross the board so it could easily get turned down for such a reason, while cost would mean nothing for a fight as big as this one and it would set predence.

This is a cop out arguement because Manny could have said yes instead of trying to pawn it off on the NSAC.

If they would of went to the commission they could of got the random blood testing as a requirement. And, no fighter could of refused it if that was the case. And, we would had random blood testing for future fights. Is that not what you want?

So you really only want random blood testing for this fight. You don't care about the future fights. You don't care about boxing having cheaters. You just care about THIS fight not having cheaters. That is the way you acting. You don't blame the commission for having a garbage ass drug test. So obviously you are fine with the commission having this garbage ass drug test for future fighters could game the system. You are totally fine with that. And, don't give me that the magnitude and how much money this fight is going to make. So that is why we need to have it. If that was the case then why no random blood test for Oscar-Mayweather. Cost for it would of meant nothing for that fight. If team Mayweather felt this strong about this whole. Why not go and state there case to the commission on why we should have random blood testing before or right after the Marquez fight?

The Commission cannot change its ruling in the time frame thats why Arum is saying what he is , its moving the goal post alright , about a million miles apart .

Arum knows that the commmission would not okay blood testing in time for the March 13 fight. That is why he is proposing this. He doesn't want a blood test at all. Arum knows exactly what he is doing. I hope Mayweather turns it down and I hope Pac gets his ass whipped by Pauli Malignaggi (I doubt it, but I can still hope)

I'm honestly beginning to think they never wanted to fight Floyd.
Manny is Arum's biggest cashcow. If Manny loses to Floyd, that would hurt Arum's ego.

If the fight is eventually called off, the boxing public will express their honest conclusions.

I'm holding out for Mayweather's response, though. Because if they do fight and he beats Manny after all of this, it will only be further proof of who the best P4P champion in the world is.

Pauli will say nothing because of the payday ,,,,, that is untill after the fight then the PEDS will rise again , the way Arum is handling this Manny will come out on the dark side as a drugs cheat , this is what he will be remembered for .
