3) bob arum has to fly all the way to the phillippines to convince manny to agree to the fight.

4) camp pacquiao comes up with an aggregeous "10 million dollar penalty," for every pound mayweather weighs in over 147 - mayweather accepts stipulation.

5) team pacquiao and top rank pull from the negotiation, over the issue of "random" drug testing.....manny pacquiao decides to file a lawsuit against GBP & the mayweathers, citing "defamation" - BUT top rank begins negotiations with paulie malinaggi, another fighter who has been vocal about his su****ions about manny taking PED's.



i hope this is all a stunt, because the way everything is playing out, suggests to me, camp pacquiao never thought mayweather would agree to the fight in the first place, then when he met all their demands, they had to figure out another way to pull out. the drug testing came out, and they found their way, under the excuse, "this kind of testing has never been done before, so why start now, trying to clean up the sport? let's wait until after this fight......"

Changing the test as they did from years to a new one is not easy, It is easier to accuse somebody but not the commision rules.

if they want a 30-day cutoff, there's no point in doing the tests......that's the problem.

GBP wants random, blood, and a REASONABLE cutoff date.

like i said, i HOPE this is all a ploy. if it is, they need to cut the **** b/c the have press confernces scheduled for next week.

mark my words tho, the only way the fight gets done is if the tests are RANDOM blood tests, and the cutoff date will end up being a week or a few days before the fight.....i doubt GBP drops their stipulations, and once again gives in to manny and bob. **** it, pacquiao can fight yuri, i'm sure you guys will watch.
