Because likely the chances of it being positive if they don't find it the first time plummet as the years go by.
No it doesnt...they freeze the blood and wait for advancements in testing.

    Pacs finished.

Plus, it's not like FLOYD or GBP are keeping this blood. It's being held by the USADA. Standard procedure. You can't just go and "add steroids to it".
You and Coach Webb and all the other Mayweather fans that read this and blame Pac will never change your minds.

Mayweather can say bow down and yall would bow down..

Mayweather can do NO wrong in your eyes.

All I can say is WOW !!! Its just so hard for me to believe people would follow and man to hell and jump in on his command and then watch him walk away ! Thats all of your attitudes.

Arum has said Manny will take a blood test at the signing of the fight and then ONE in the locker room.. That should APPEASE the most ARDENT SUPPORTER OF MAYWEATHER !!!

Funny ain't it ,,, I have yet to read about Pac or Arum or any Pacfans wanting Mayweather to have his BLOOD on file for eight years !!

He is fast,,, doesn't get tired,,,, wonder what he is taking???

IF there are designer steroids he might give you tips on what to take and when to take them and how to mask a blood test,,,,, I don't know but doesn't it make you wonder ,, ALL OF YOU ?????

And how do we know boxers weren't taking them back in the 60's and 70's ??

Speculation is cruel and wicked,, deceitful and desperately wicked,,, comes from the heart , vile , dark, destroys the image of a man that has worked hard and, because he has succeeded where others have failed, he is castigated !!! Pacs incontrovertible testing over his boxing career has been Convoluted by JEALOUSY, COVETOUSNESS.....

Things only go so far with Man ,,,,,, nothing resolved,,,, we leave it to GOD to sort out ,,,, by the Way ,,, HE WILL !!! Pride goeth before destruction and a Haughty spirit before a FAll,,,,,

      This is no longer fun.

Yes it does. You think in 8 years something magically happens with testing that makes previous testing look like ****? Are you kidding me? If they couldn't find it the first time--they're likely not going to find it down the line.

By the way, you put me on ignore, dumbass. Don't respond to my post.

Umm.. yes, yes it does, actually. The testing process is constantly making advancements to deal with new drugs hitting the market. It's a game of cat and mouse.

Why not save it for 20 years to make sure it's actually blood. Of course testing is ever changing but don't tell me something drastic happens in 8 years that they couldn't find now. Conte's whole spiel on the matter is not the type of drugs but the testing frequency, which I have no qualms about regarding Pacquiao. He just needs to take them and be done with it.

It's been used for years in alien boxing.
