Do you honestly believe that's ever stopped fighters from PEDing? Keeping it 8 years is more a sign the lengths some groups will go to see if a guy cheated or not, absolutely nothing to do with deterring fighters from using PEDs. Because likely the chances of it being positive if they don't find it the first time plummet as the years go by.

Plus, it's not like FLOYD or GBP are keeping this blood. It's being held by the USADA. Standard procedure. You can't just go and "add steroids to it".

Why not save it for 20 years to make sure it's actually blood. Of course testing is ever changing but don't tell me something drastic happens in 8 years that they couldn't find now. Conte's whole spiel on the matter is not the type of drugs but the testing frequency, which I have no qualms about regarding Pacquiao. He just needs to take them and be done with it.
