Do you honestly believe that's ever stopped fighters from PEDing? Keeping it 8 years is more a sign the lengths some groups will go to see if a guy cheated or not, absolutely nothing to do with deterring fighters from using PEDs. Because likely the chances of it being positive, if they don't find it the first time, plummet as the years go by.
