Maybe he doesn't want to have an embarrassing procedure conducted on him when he has never been accused of or tested positive before. Would you want security looking up your ass after being strip searched with a flashlight and Popsicle stick if a fellow airline passenger said they wanted you to be strip searched for no reason other than satisfying their desire of watching your inconvenience?

I'm not a judge, never been to law schol neither, but I do have abrain and I use common sense. Mr. Pacquiao had no case. He should drop this nonsense lawsuit-talk immediately.

I see the same argument, if you can even call it that, being paraphrases, and based on nothing other than speculation.

Money wise it's the biggest fight for both of them. Name one fighter who can get Pacquiao $40Mill other than Mayweather? and vice versa.

Legacy wise? you have to be kidding when you say it does much more for Mayweather than it does for Pacquiao. There's been 3 ways to beat Pacquiao, beating him a 4th time is nothing. Matter of fact, Marquez almost beat him twice. Beating Pacquiao is not a big deal, beating Mayweather is a big deal.

He does have a case for slander against Mayweather senior, and Roger. However, he does not have much of a case against little Floyd, so the case will probably be dismissed and it wil bring an end to the allegations.

Based on your argument you could make a case that Floyd lost to Castillo, which was the same type of fight as Pacquiao vs Marquez. Anyways, everytone knows Pacquiao;s resume and legacy is at a higher level than Mayweathers, and Pacquiao is rated higher than Mayweather in the all time list as of now.

I really don't give a **** about either guys track record, but very little significance is put of Pacquiao's first two losses.

No matter how many times its been explained,

sometimes, some people just won't get it.

They will allow any person accusing them of anything, to take control of their life I guess.

I personally, don't believe in such nonsense. If you're going to accuse me of anything, you'd better have some incredible facts to back up those claims before I even entertain the thought of being tested, searched or probed.

If people are so quick to judge based on one persons word, it shows how gullible they can be.

The whole reasoning behind it was to signal Pacquiao out and make him look like a cheat. It's like a girl you want to date demanding you take an STD test in order to go on a date. It's the equivalent to a slap in the face.
