I dont know but i think both camps are accusing each other and non has been proven guilty. I wonder if Floyd can sue Pac's camp also by saying that more friends are coming to him and asking him if he's really a coward and that its no longer a joke because it ruins his reputation now.

I like the way he tries to make the distinction between what they were insinuating and what Paulie has been insinuating, fact is there is no difference.

As usual, Schaefer will fire back with pointless excuses. Yes, the original draft was presented. But remember.. nothing was signed. Everyone here followed the story from day one. Manny agreed to it but had a few changes to the contract. Apparently, one of thechanges were how the testing will be done. And it seems that Mayweather does not want to budge. Yes, Manny should'nt be surprised but what's surprising his how Mayweather is not even budging.

In addition, Since Manny is going to sue not only PBF, father but also GBP. It's going to be a "he said she said" thing but recently Schaefer has been accused of ranting before the PBF and Marquez fight about how Manny MUST be on PEDS and Golden Boy questioning Manny and accusing him of taking PEDs. So, in the end they are on the hook.

Boxing has very colorful people from fighters, announcers, trainers and especially promotors. I never was a fan of GBP from the beginning. The things they do are very shady and it is built around DLH image which is a facad in the first place. Things coming out of Schaefer always has a hidden agenda.

I am a huge PBF fan becuase of his skills, I an even bigger fan of Manny becuase he has the knockout power (not seen since the days of Tyson). The thing about Tyson is that he fought everyone without fear. He took on anyone even when others thought they were better than him. PBF should just take the damn fight already. Manny wants to fight. At least get in the ring with him. And for those saying Manny should take the test already. STFU. Both fighters just take the money and fight.

A lot of you people seemed to misunderstand that Pac never denied not taking the test, but he has always decline the fact that he is not taking a blood test within 30 days of the fight because of his bad experienced with the Marquez fight. Why is everyone mentioning the same redundant post on the thread. We are passed this issue. They will come to an agreement and the fight will happened. There is no way this fight goes down in shambles.

If the Pacman/Mayweather fights is dead and Pac man fights Bradley, Malignaggi, or Foreman and Mayweather fights Mosley, I'd like to see both fights on the same night and see how many ppv customers watch Mayweather/Mosley and how many watch Pacman.....I'm will to bet a dollar to a doughnut that the Pacman fight won't generate hardly any ppv interest......only the die hard pacman fans.

He is right though and I said it on here for the past week when people tried to call him hypocrites about Mosley. Again, do you guys really think Schaffer cares about Pac taking these test? It wouldve never even crossed his mind but if thats what Senior, Ellerbe, and Haymon wants then he has to represent that. He didnt come up with it, nor does he care anything about it but if thats what they tell him then thats what he has to do. He's even talked before about Arum coming up with a different idea and how he would try to sell his side on it. He wants the fight done and wants that big money.

BTW, cant no Pac fan deny what he said about how it was in the contract from the jump. Everyone in the world knew about it and there side said it was ok and now its a problem? Arum shouldve got that **** straight from the jump because everyone knew how Senior felt and what he wanted

There is no contract yet, just a "draft". They were still negotiating before Pacman said that he will sue. In the past civil suits like this is not easy to win, but with the help of the internet, youtube interviews, newspaper calling Pacman a drug/peds user and cheater, this case is winnable. Anyway, this fiasco is not good for boxing. GBP, ODH, Schaefer, Mayweathers, Malignaggi are not good for boxing. They understimated Pacman.

yeah right. ODH and Schaefer are right laughing now while talking about the suit. Schaefer statement appeared to be a denial that he has nothing to do with the character assasination. He probably thought in the first place that this midget from a third world country has no honor. Well it is not your wallet on the line anyway.
