The su****ion came about when he refused the test, didnt know that was defamation...Going to court is just flat out silly, all the su****ion would be even more incentive for me to do the test and SPANK May! Going to court is the easy out, all this non sense about harassing him during training, messing up routines, not giving blood days before fight....He shot a movie during his training with Cotto, did that mess up his routine?...On a 24/7 episode he gave blood during a physical, and 24/7 begins filming 3-4wks before fight now he saying within 30 days will weaken him, im sorry im trying to see where he's coming from but its not adding up.

I think some of the floyd fanboys need to get some **** straight about this fight and GBP too. So here's the facts:

1) A 10M penalty for going over 147 is reasonable because anything over that is NOT a welterweight. How many ****ing times does that point to be reiterated. And stop the "oh well wait was a fkn issue with Cotto" because ITS STILL A WELTERWIGHT @ 147 LBS OR UNDER DUMBASSES! THERE IS NO USE TO FIGHT WHEN EITHER FIGHTER IS OVER 147 BECAUSE IT WON'T BE A WELTERWEIGHT FIGHT... So stop being like floyd sr. fanboys and being so damn ******ed.

2) USADA's Dr Hale is a golf buddy of Schaeffer and frankly I wouldn't want to USADA to do the testing. And the idea of random testing DOES NOT MEAN WHAT HAPPENS TO MANNY HAPPENS TO FLOYD! Random testing means one player can be tested either more or less and even only one fighter on the day of the fight. PED's can only be currently caught (regardless of how advanced) through longitudinal testing. There is NO PROFESSIONAL athlete (including lance armstrong) who participates in this testing.

3) Cliff Rold has already commented on Pacman's weight and stated that in the last 4 years during the weigh~in at fight night he has in fact weighed in at 140+ lbs so the idea of pacman making the weight in under a year is idiotic. Unfortunately floyd fanboys are too ****** to see the fact that fighters actually weigh more during the night of a fight than their weigh in.

4) Pac can win a lawsuit. Its called libel. You can't claim something false and illegal about someone. There's also something called frivolous and a lawsuit with merit. Me calling floyd fanboys ******ed morons is a frivolous libel that would get tossed away in court. Manny taking GBP & floyd to court has merit since an accusation was made that not only affects a current contract negotiation but also can be argued to impact pac's finances.

5) Contracts that are written and signed are considered "signed and sealed" with the latter part meaning no *********s are to be made to the contract. Contracts that are in the work mean some items need to be changed. Random testing can be argued to have affect lance armstrong; oh wait I forgot floyd fanboys thought giving blood everyday doesn't do anything... But to break it down for blood to be given during jan, 30 days before fight and then after the fight means PED's would be detected regardless. If you need a science lesson on catching PED's you can do 2 things: find the actual PED substance or the substance used to erase it that does not appear naturally in the body. It takes 2 months after the PED has been used to be "clean" and frankly due to the fight date, Arum's demands for when the testing is to be done is reasonable.

6) The "weight drain" issue of manny is getting old. Does it really matter of de la hoya was weight drained? I mean most floyd fanboys don't even blink at the fact that marquez was a ****ing stuffed pinata and couldn't fight back as a result?!?! Being underweight is better than overweight because at least your not a giant target that can't move around.

False accusation

After all those false accusations thrown in by the Mayweather family, the Golden Boy Promotionss top dogs (Oscar Delia Hoya/Shaefer) and Paula Malignaggi were heard and read by Manny Pacquiao's camp, now Manny Pacquiao makes the move. File a law suit against these morons.
Now after hearing about the Pacman's lawsuit Golden Boy Promotions is making a big turn around, now even pointing fingers to the people they are close with. See what happens when you try to ruin somebody.

If this comes to court well, the Gayweather is now searching for a evidence that cannot be found against their allegations....

pac has the right to file a lawsuit in order to clean up his name on that allegations, so it should be in the proper court.

The true power lies in Pac's court, this is apparent now as it should have been in the beginning. Floyd could be financially crushed by his dad's comments and Shaefer wants no parts of it. Arum is an ass but he does know his stuff, he already knew that GBP had a stake in the Pac fight and would give in and May Sr. is on tape claiming Pac is on roids...big mistake.

Sure he would fight Paulie, what does he have to lose? He will pass all the tests and the selling point for the fight would be Pac regaining his credibility by beating one of the guys that tarnished his image in the first place. Say what you want but Pac is running this fight game now days.
