where's the proof that the testing that is currently used is flawed?

let let let let me tell you something man....floyd mayweather saw how manny pacquiao manhandled miguel cotto, a fighter he (floyd) managed to avoid @ 140, and decided he don't want none...thats the real truth man.....he saw how cotto was fighting little manny toe to toe, and by the middle of the fight, cotto was running man, that right there is why floyd is cooking up all this garbage man...

Why lead, you're getting frustrated with me. Tsk, tsk. Bring yourself to the realization that Team Mayweather is "Screwed" and it's just a matter of time for all that to unfold. I know you support Floyd. Yes, he means a lot to you but C'mon, you know he has it coming. His flagrant disregard for respect and honor in this sport is finally coming back to bite him in a serious way. I can only feel sorry for someone like this who is a very good boxer yet doesn't possess the respectable attitude and demeanor of a high profile champion. It's sad indeed. JAT

Do you work for Pacquiao or something? You're coming off as being extremely bias, and you sound like you are completely oblivious.

This isn't some issue that just came about. It has been a part of the contract negotiations for weeks. According to a source familiar with the talks, Pacquiao's representatives asked what penalties Pacquiao would face if he tested dirty, and also if a dirty test result could be kept secret so that the integrity of the fight wouldn't be ruined in the public eye.

Reported by Tim Smith of the NY Daily News.

The way that Pacquiao and his team have handled this situation is embarrassing. His name and reputation are taking a beating in the court of public opinion, and if he decides to walk away from Mayweather to fight Malignaggi or someone else it'll only get worse. The lawsuit he filed seems like a desperate attempt to distract the public. He doesn't have a case and filing this lawsuit just makes him look even more su****ious. He would rather file frivolous lawsuits than man up, take the tests, and make this fight happen.

How can any true boxing fan excuse what Pacquiao is doing? Pacquiao has done more to smear his own name with his actions than team Mayweather could ever do. Nobody really took SR. seriously when he said that he believed that Pacquiao is dirty. It's pacquiao's reaction to the blood testing request that makes him look like he's hiding something.

djtmal, honestly I view Floyd's shutout of Marquez as much more intimidating than Pacs beating of Cotto, I've seen Cotto beat like that before, however Cotto showed several ways Manny could be beat.

respect and honor?????? lol if that was the case manny would be taking the tests with a cut off date cuz u kno thats the only way it will go down but manny wont even agree to that ..that is totally dishonorable for a fighter of his caliber to refuse random drug testing that what is comes down to not taking blood 1 or 2 days b4 the fight cuz that aint gunna happen and aint close to bieng offered manny is offering 30 days with no random plain and simple so stop with the whole he will be weak so could dropping down to cathweight make a fighter but those were just excuses when those guys were fighting pac no its fine and dandy when manny make the same excuse c'mon man fact is he doesnt want random drug tests and thats bull ****

The way that some people are trying to spin this and somehow blame Mayweather because Pacquiao refuses to comply with random blood testing is almost mind blowing. All Pacquiao has to do is comply with the testing and the fighht would be made. Why are you trying to paint it like Mayweather is the one who's scared? He will have to undergo the same random blood testing, no? So if one fighter is willing to comply with the stringent testing while the other fighter walks away from the negotiating table because of it, then what does that tell you?

Believe me, he's crying or will be. If this fight between him and Pacquiao never is to materialize, it will be a major financial and emotional loss for him. He'll have no more "Big Money" paydays due to poor viewership and interest in all his future fights. Couple that with the ongoing media and public bashing he receives along with the loss of fan support; poor 'Lil Floyd is done. Sad indeed. JAT
