why should Pacquiao take tests that have never been done before?

Surely the best thing to do here is for the state commission and the WBO to decide what testing should be done?

It amazes me how essentially the most non-issue of all the perceived threats (PED SCREENING) that most thought could put a halt to this fight during negotiations is the fight breaker. I'd at least thought it would be catch weight issues or most certainly the purse split that would be the culprit, but no; it's Olympic style USDA drug testing. Something that Roach claimed that he had agreed to weeks ago, but when your word it's bond....

Anyway, I don't really understand your logic behind placing blame on Mayweather, or say that Floyd should be fearful of a lawsuit? Didn't Roach agree to the randomized tests weeks ago and didn't he state in a recorded interview that they had no problems with the testing? That interview was recorded on Dec 25. How was Floyd&Co to know that Manny Pac, who has been recorded on 24/7 having his blood draw, and who's 'Master' Roach stated that is was 'all good', would change his tune all of a sudden. You'd have to agree that this is all su****ious behavior, wouldn't you? And at this point, If Manny doesn't take a blood test within the next 48hrs yet files a lawsuit, wouldn't you agree that would make him look weaker in the eyes of the world. At this point, Manny has to take this drug test as soon as possible whether he fight PBF or not. Don't sit around for 2 weeks to a month then talk about taking drug test to clear your name. Don't do that, Mr Generation.

Funny thing is, PBF has said little to nothing about Manny Pac during this whole fight buildup and while Pac is bluffing with faux lawsuits, Floyd is quietly training with Roger. Yesterday, While Pac&Co did interviews and made threats, PBF went to his family's house, did the christmas thing, then afterwards went straight to the gym. Dumbfounded, riiiiiight!?!?!!?! More like focused.

yawn, more nationalistic crap from BS' resident filipino propaganda spreader.

how funny is it that Lady Fan would be the first in line to throw stones at Floyd Mayweather if the roles were reversed, if Manny was the one demanding OST and Floyd was refusing.

Yet she acts like her **** doesn't stink and she constantly floods the boards with one-sided biased nonsense.

Was Mayweather Sr. that ****** into not thinking that accusations of this magnitude without any proof whatsoever would bring about a lawsuit? And why didn't Jr. foresee this debacle as a potential problem to their future fight agreement with Pacquiao and stopped this ******ity before it got out of hand? I think the Mayweather's are completely dumbfounded at this time and are more than likely reeling at the fact that they have lost millions of dollars by going forth with their ****** plan to discredit the "Greatest Fighter" of this generation. Right, cause Floyd Jr. is gonna lose a FORTUNE in Pac's defamation lawsuit when outside of proposing a drug test to make sure it's a clean fight, he wasn't made any statements regarding Pacquiao's suspected steroid abuse.

Mayweather has sit back and quietly watched Team Pacquiao destroy their own credibility. Pac naming Floyd Jr. in his lawsuit shows you how desperate he is, and is an obvious attempt to draw attention away from his own su****ious behavior.

            Manny Pacquiao is hiding something.

Floyd has never made public comments claiming Manny is on roids, all he asked was that Manny take these tests to ensure it is a fair fight. So he will have no issue.
Your asinine grouping of all the Mayweathers together aside, Manny does not have much of a case and it really drawing su****ion on himself for his unwillingness to take a drug test from a more respected agency.

why should Floyd pay penalties that have never been done before?
                10 million per pound?
Team Pac was worried Floyd would come in overweight and gain an advantage.
Team Mayweather wants Pac to take random drug tests from a more legitimate, advanced agency.
                Whats the problem?

First in Line? Throw Stones? Geez man, you're way too naive Mr. Any clear headed individual can see right through the Mayweather BS as nothing more than a scandalous act to create unnecessary speculation in order discredit the legitimacy of the Pacman's Greatness in the Sport of Boxing. This debacle the Mayweather's have created has backfired on them as it will be known later down the road that these allegations being targeted at the Pacman is just a ploy at character assassination being perpetrated by a jealous group of so-called "Professionals" in the sport of boxing. What a big shame they have brought onto themselves. It's totally pathetic.

It's gonna be funny when Pac passes those tests and wins mega money in court from GBP and Mayweather's promo company and consequently, Floyd files for bankrupcy because of the lawsuit and not getting this fight.
