How did Ali, who had previously been knocked down and almost out by the smaller Henry Cooper, manage to take those punches from Big George?

There are PEDs that would have helped him to take Foreman's shots.

I dont know why people make issue in comparing Armstrong with pac? Armstrong didnt dominate his opponents in the higher classes and he fought at the high 140's as MW not at 160. There was no JR MW at the time, so u can fight at high 140's and it is considered a MW fight.

There werent the PED's that are available today as 60 or 70 years ago. In those days, loaded gloves were considered the most likely way to cheat.

Paulie Malinaggi could have KO'd Foreman in the state he was in. He just needed pushing over.

George Foreman was in his prime, and had easily KOed Norton and Frazier.

How did Ali take those punches?

PEDs were available in the 70s, though.

Steroids don't improve your punch resistance.

But that what the Mayweathers and Malig***gi are saying about Pacquiao, and some slimey boxing writers/commentators like Rosenthal and Kellerman have mentioned it too.

Mayweather Sr claims the use of PEDs enabled Manny to "walk through" Cotto's punches.

It would be a Vitali (a proven steroid abuser) fan that posts stuff like this.
