Mayweather cannot change the rules, He doesnt have the power or authority to do it, All he could is call in the top drug testing agency and this agency have their own rules which is they test at random.

Arum wanted another agency in kansas who wouldnt do a random test but a 30 days period where they wouldnt get tested.

many american athletes nowadays don't know what it means to be numb to pain/sufferings because of extreme poverty and that "stick" that Pacquiao used to smack his body with is used to remind him of the pain he went through as a child. It helped Pacquiao to withstand the pain of Cotto's punches. That's the only reason and nothing else.

Good, Because they are one of the bottom in the standard of drug testing while USADA is the top dog.

The agency in kansas like Arum says would only test you 30 days before a fight which is enough time for any athlete in the world to cheat or take whatever the want to take in camp and still pass the test.

They only used those things for bodybuilding and not for athletic competitions like boxing. Many of those steroidpinoy thing are used mostly by those who are vain.

Try to look at most of the pinoy boxers, their bodies and their achievements tell me if they're on steroids.
