Yea I think Camacho is the fastest I have seen. But, I am trying to think of some more names.

Of these guys, Jones's speed impressed me the most. Taylor had those ridiculously fast flurries, but Jones's all around speed amazed me more. Single shots, combinations, counter punching, body movements, reflexes, etc..

Camacho was fast as hell too, as was Howard Davis.

Taylor was damn fast. Camacho was fast in his prime as well. I think a prime Camacho has been the fastest dude I have ever seen... And, Roy for a man his size was damn fast as well.

Co-sign. Camacho was so fast when I saw a highlight video of him I thought some nuthugger sped up the frame speed.
