IBO cruiserweight champion Danny Green is hoping the fight with Bernard Hopkins comes off. Green and Hopkins have been talking but the fight is in trouble over money. BoxingScene.com reported on Thursday that Hopkins and Green were at odds over money. Hopkins wants a 60-40 split and Green wants 50-50. Hopkins looks like he's finally showing his age noticably in his last fight, but Green is getting hyped up here because of the Roy KO. Roy is chinny and past it. If Green was out boxing Roy then fine, we might have a case, but he just hit him with a big shot. Hopkins won't be finished by a random big shot. Unless of course, he turns 60 over night.

I see Hopkins outboxing Green for a solid Ud, with green having his moments. I think B-hop is quite strong at LHW as well and wouldn't be surprised if he could recover from one of Greens punches.

pretty much sums up how i feel. Green will only win if Hopkins is finished, and I've heard (havent seen yet) he looked like **** in his last fight so its not a huge longshot. Hopkins is damn hard to hit clean to i just cant see Green KOing him.

Green can hope all he wants, he aint knocking hopkins out, the only way Hopkins gets knocked out is if you put him in there with a 1980's Mike Tyson.
