Pacquiao on roids or Pacquiao fights bums, over the hill, overrated? Which one is it?

I'm confused now. So did pacquiao beat his opponents because of roids or are his past opponents bums, over the hill, overrated? You can't have both ways because if they are bums, over the hill, or overated then there's no need for roids or if he's on roids then delahoya ain't over the hill, diaz ain't a bum, hatton ain't overrated, nor cotto ain't washed up. So which one is it? Clap Clap Clap!

I dont know....but can you tell me between Mayweather & Manny who fought the better hatton? The better Oscar? and did Clottey not just beat Miguel Cotto and was clearly robbed? Manny did what clottey did but much better and more consistently......These fighters were not at their best by any means.

This is not to take away from Mannys victories...but to say his last few opponents have been at the top of their game is absurd.

And I dont care about the steroid allegations. I just know that random testing shouldn't be a problem if Mayweather is willing to subject himself to the test. If Pac refuses then it is what it is & everyone can draw their own conclusion.
