Because Donaire is more Americanized the Pacquiao so most don't necessarily relate as much. Plus, the world isn't getting brainwashed and fed Nonito Donaire, Nonito Doniare, Nonito Donaire. I've made this analogy somewhere else as well;

Manny Pacquiao is the commercial music of boxing, he's what you get on the radio. While Donaire is that indie band or underground artist that's nothing short of stellar, just short of a platform.

Donaire is better than Pacquiao anyway. Especially if we find out about those PEDs.

Darchinyan needs to avoid Donaire like the plague. Donaire taxed him up in the first fight and I can't see any other outcome in this one either.

I think Donaire beats Vic again. Donaire has been looking good his past fights since the VIC KO. Darchinyans style has not changed much. He still telegraphs his punches. His best tool is his power in my opinion. Vic got schooled by Agbeko and I was surprised to see how close those scores were.

Donaire wins again. Hoping for a KO again but would be happy with a decision for Donaire too.
