-Well he's gained around 5 pounds in the past 3 1/2 years, it's not that difficult to do.

2)He keeps getting stronger while moving up

-David Diaz and De Lahoya both commented on how Pac didn't have that much power at all

3)He's able to walk through punches with ease now

-Pac at 130 was starving and dehydrating himself, now he can eat five times a day and have breakfast and lunch on the day of the weigh in. Also in his last few fights i don't recall anyone really testing him on the button.

4)His head is so much bigger, he must be on HGH

-HGH helps you build muscle without any strength gains, also has Pac had any head measurements done?
      Well demolish this argument .

Floyd risks his life every time he steps into the ring , he has a right to ask for the worlds most accurate PEDs detection protocol to insure the fight is PEDS free .

Boxing as a sporting body will side with Floyd because the official boxing drug testing regime is badly flawed , boxing has a vehicle getting world wide media attention it will jump on board supporting no PEDS in boxing , giving more weight to Floyd wanting the most accurate protocol .

I could win this case in court it is that black and white !!

Then these reforms should be done worldwide under a governing body and not just on the whim of the Mayweathers; there is absolutely no reason to single out Manny. I would applaud any attempt to reform the system to benefit everyone but this is just plain McCarthyism.

Still you don't have Evidence. You can't win a court case base on speculation.

I'm sure Manny will take a piss test ON FIGHT NIGHT.

The only reason the Mayweathers are calling for blood tests is because HGH can't be detected in Urine tests.

Random tests throughout training, and immediately after the test is MORE than enough to make sure he's not on HGH. (Which is laughable anyways, considering HGH is only REALLY effective in conjunction with steroids).

And a piss test 5 minutes before he walks out to the ring is MORE than enough to make sure he's not on anything else.

            Someone REFUTE THAT please.

              Who has directly accused him?

What, having doubts about someone who will not agree to random drug testing that they agreed to in the first place is an accusation?
              Or speculation?

When the majority of the boxing public wonders why Manny will not submit to random drug testing, is that an accusation?

I would understand if the majority of the fans and experts found Team Mayweather's request preposterous, and called Mayweather a lunatic for making such an outrageous and outlandish request that Team Pacquiao
              would never agree to.

Only thing is Team Pacquiao agreed to testing done by USADA when it was proposed to them.

They didn't say: "You must be crazy. We'll never use the USADA. They've never been used in pro boxing before. It's the NSAC or nobody."

No, they agreed with the proposal.

You are right. Athletic commissions should be required to "prove" that fighters are taking PED's before they test them. Let's eliminate all drug tests after a fight unless Athletic Commissions can prove a fighter took illegal substances ahead of time.

Also, Floyd Mayweather Jr has no right to accuse Pacquaio of taking PEDs (oh, wait. Mayweather hasn't made any accusations. His advisors are asking for the tests as part of the negotiations process to make sure things are fair the same way a fighter (Pacquaio for example) would ask for a penalty for their opponent being overweight.

Also, Pacquaio should "prove" that Mayweather will come in overweight before he asks for a $10 million penalty for every pound overweight (...wait. Pac can't prove that he will come in overweight. It is just a precaution based on a su****ion, like the drug testing rule).

Regardless, everything demanded in a negotiation for a fight should be backed up by proof before it is included in the contract.

Has Manny ever tested positive for any banned substances?

Has Mayweather ever come in over the agreed upon weight limit?

I honestly doubt pacquiao is taking steroids but thats why this situation is tickin me off, he has nothing to hide, take the test, shut everyone up and make the people who accused him look even more foolish for accusing him of such a thing and move on with the fight, simple as that

He and his father has put forward the "steroids/hgh" allegations in several of their interviews and Gayweather in his last fight with Marquez is 6 pounds overweight over the contractual limit of 144lbs. So Team Pac has basis they don't!
