I know Floyd is taking the test also, but Manny was singled out. I think it should be mandatory for all high profile fights. Having accusations like this hurt the sport. So make it mandatory and the sports reputation improves.

I personally think there are many out there who break the rules when given a chance, so why not make it more even handed?

yeah theres no reason for this just to be for this fight , more testing on high profile fighters can only be a good thing

The solution is Manny needs to man up and take the test. It's not like Floyd isnt willing to undergo the same test or he didnt agree to Team Pacquiao's demand of paying 10 million for every pound he comes in overweight.

Manny "Violate the sacred vows i made with my wife during marriage" Pacquiao is obviously hiding something.

As nice as this sounds, it would be suicide for boxing to do this. Can you imagine the repercussions on boxing if some of its biggest stars and money makers were given lifetime bans?

Even one year bans would be sufficient. Lifetime bans should only be implemented when caught more then once.
