with pacquiao not agreeing (at least not agreeing completely) and with how his team totally mishandled this issue (pr wise) , it made it even worse.

now even if the fight does get made pacquiao will be bombarded with steroids/ped questions.

if the fight doesn't get made , pacquiao will look to be the bad guy and a lot will question his legacy/resume because of the ped questions.

Unless you think that it'll affect him mentally because the teaspoon of blood they drew two days before the fight is gonna be in the back of Manny's mind when the bell rings. manny didn't renege on agreeing to additional testing.

they just disagreed with some of it.

he never said he won't do testing. they were just trying to negotiate how it was done.



you need to see that there are 2 sides to this story.

this issue is not a pure black and white issue.
