If there is evidence that Pac took PEDs, then Floyd's camp is welcome to present it in court. Point is, it is good that Pac is fighting to clear his name in the best forum there is -- the courts -- because it will force this issue to get resolved once and for all. If he has anything to hide that they know about, they'll be forced to bring it out in the open. If not, they'll pay for their malice.

Urine tests have been a part of baseball for a while. But urine tests do not do not detect the advanced drugs of this era. Blood tests do that, either that or the players are snitched in something called "The Blacklist". Which leads them to try and defend themselves and sue for "slander" and "defamation" or make it easier for themselves and admit to using banned drugs.

I'm about 96% positive that baseball had no steroid policy before 2004 maybe even 2005.

Other Athletes that sued for slander and defamation for the same case(as Pacquiao is suing) only for it to backfire at them and leave them no choice but to admit to(or unknowingly) using performance enhancing drugs/banned/illegal drugs:
