what exactly are these PED's manny, or any tested athlete, can take anyway in these periods in between test dates that wont show up on a test? the one that comes to my mind is human growth hormone but to my knowledge, i could be wrong, there IS NOT a single test out there to detect this in the human body..........everyone has different levels in their body and as such it cant be quantified like , say for example, elevated testosterone levels....

      Defamation
All states except Arizona, Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee recognize that some categories of statements are considered to be defamatory per se, such that people making a defamation claim for these statements do not need to prove that the statement was defamatory. In the common law tradition, damages for such statements are presumed and do not have to be proven. Traditionally, these per se defamatory statements include:

Allegations or imputations "injurious to another in their trade, business, or profession"
Allegations or imputations "of loathsome disease" (historically leprosy and sexually transmitted disease, now also including mental illness)
Allegations or imputations of "unchastity" (usually only in unmarried people and sometimes only in women)
Allegations or imputations of criminal activity (sometimes only crimes of moral turpitude) [5][6]

Manny didn't say NO...it would be done 3 days before and immediately after the fight dummy.

By the time this column runs, given the pace of negotiations to date for the Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather megafight, perhaps it will already be the answer reached. One can assume it might take another extra day or two.

We’re not talking about a normal fight after all. We’re talking about a fight which could end up generating in the neighborhood of $200 million dollars, if not more. More starts moving into range of one quarter… [Click Here To Read More]

That is not the only issue. He wants the tests administered on his terms, which does not meet the definition of random. Also, it has been stated numerous times by people who know that a blood test on the day of the fight, which is unlikely anyway, will not weaking a fighter. However, even if it did, it would weaken both fighters.

Well, again. This Cliff Rold post is somewhat or a lil bit idiotic. I've used to admire you men. Have he ask Mayweather camp why are they demanding a lot? This Olympic or whatsoever testing is no good, why? This only proves that they are questioning the Nevada State Rule. GBP and MAYWEATHER CAMP are making the issue out of it. No wonder if the fight dont push thru, they are the one to blame.

It is not that Pacquiao doesn't allow to be blood tested. He submits to be tested. Mayweather made a proposal out of the normal testing procedures and Manny made a counter-proposal. If their minds do not meet on this one, is Pacquiao to be faulted?

The test immediately after the fight yields the same result as one made immediately before or close to the fight. Mayweather's not accepting the counter-proposal shows his arrogance to not go for a compromise and his wanting to have an excuse to not make the fight.

A proven unsportsman demanding sportsmanship from a sportsman. If the fight does not push through, Mayweather points the blame to the Pacman. And many American writers grant Mayweather's wish and praise him.

This isn't even really legible. The Olympic testing is no good: is that a question? Are you trying to sound ironic? Sarcastic?

They are questioning the Nevada rules: so you are OK with this or aren't you, because it's impossible to tell from what you wrote.

If the fight 'dont push thru,' they are the 'one' to blame: is this a serious statement or sarcasm?

Seriously, your post sounds confused and makes no sense at all.

And if you actually read the article, it was pretty good actually, and non-judgmental; it merely presented different scenarios.

A proven unsportsman??? On what basis??? How are you drawing this conclusion?

Arum says. To me, Manny Pacquiao is looking suspect
and I know all his fans will come to his rescue and call
everyone names and disrespect people that have a complete
understanding on how the world works. If Pacquiao was
doing this to Floyd everyone would be bashing Floyd for
not taking the tests. I repsect Floyd Jr for handling his
                      business and cover all bases.

And for the record, if Floyd was acting like this towards
Manny but not wanting to take the tests I would be screaming
on him too because the truth is the truth. People act like Manny
was the only one being asks to take the test. How can he sue
when Floyd said he would take them too? You don't have to
be a lawyer to see that this case is bogus. And what does Pac
do next, goes after Malignaggi? The same guy who openly (Unlike
Floyd Jr) said he thinks Pac is on something? Man some of you kill
                      me being nieve on purpose.
Your standing by your man !!! Your man is Mayweather ,,, he can do no wrong.

You present yourself as fair. Mayweather said to do this extra testing etc..... In "Fairness" to """"LEVEL"""" the playing field... LMAO !!!!!!!!!! And still he is the bigger man,,, 10 pounds bigger come fight time and still wants Wiggle room... Hey that 10 mill shut his mouth ~!

I guess Mayweather leveled the playing field with his **** eating smile leveling poor little Old fat man JMM !! Cheated knowing full well what he was doing with the weight,,, the post interview told the tale,,,,, bragged about it,,,, Oh but you will chide me for saying such ****.

                      Nothing level about Mayweather...

He is showing Cur Brah ! Cur !!!

The Dog in the Avatar was no cur,,,, PROVEN,,, many many many years ago.
